Important Notice for Existing Members
If you were a Zoup! Rewards member before June 30, 2026, your rewards points should carry over automatically to our new item-based rewards structure. No action is required on your part. We convert banked rewards to points at 100 points per $5.

How does the Zoup! Rewards program work? How do I earn points?
With Zoup! Rewards, you earn points for every dollar you spend at participating Zoup! Eatery locations. Your earning rate depends on your membership level: Entry members earn 1 point per $1, Gold members earn 1.15 points per $1, and Platinum members earn 1.30 points per $1.
What rewards can I redeem with my points?
Zoup! Rewards uses an item-based redemption system. Redeem your points for real menu items:

What are the Zoup! Rewards membership levels?
- There are three membership levels, each with a higher point-earning rate:
- Entry (0–100 points) – 1 point per $1 spent
- Gold (101–400 points) – 1.15 points per $1 spent
- Platinum (410+ points) – 1.30 points per $1 spent
The more you visit, the more you earn — higher tiers mean faster rewards.

How do I join Zoup! Rewards?
Download the Zoup! Rewards app from the Apple App Store or Google Play Store or visit our online member portal. Follow the on-screen prompts to create your account and start earning. One Zoup! Rewards account per device. If you were a member of the legacy rewards program, sign up with the same phone number or email address to transfer your existing points.
Will I need a smartphone to participate?
The Zoup! Rewards app is available on iPhone and Android. If you forget your phone, a cashier can look up your account by phone number at the register — just make sure your account has been activated with the number you provide to the cashier.
Can I earn rewards when I order online?
Yes. Log in with your Zoup! Rewards credentials on our ordering website or in the app to earn points on online orders. Note that orders placed through third-party services like DoorDash or Uber Eats are not eligible for rewards points.
Will I earn points for delivery orders I place through my app?
You will earn points for first-party delivery orders placed through the Zoup! Rewards app. You will not earn points for third-party delivery orders.
Can I redeem rewards when I purchase online?
Yes. On the Checkout page, you’ll see an option to apply your rewards before paying by credit card or gift card, just make sure you are signed in with an active account.
I forgot my username or password. What do I do?
Use the “Forgot Password” link on the app’s login screen or on our online member portal. You’ll receive a reset email at the address associated with your account.
Will I receive emails or SMS from Zoup! after signing up?
Yes, you’ll receive exclusive promotions and updates from Zoup! Eatery. You can opt out at any time.
Will my name be put on a mailing list for other organizations?
No. Zoup! Eatery does not sell or share your personal information with any third party.
